Fast shipping dispatched from our Warehouse in Auburn, Australia. All shipping times are measured in business days.

The total delivery time for your order is the sum of the processing time and the shipping time.

 

Processing Details

Processing begins on the day your order is placed. Processing typically takes 1 business day, however, larger orders and freight shipments may require additional processing time. once your order is processed, it is ready to be shipped.

Shipping Conditions

Delivery times can vary depending on several factors including the delivery location, the size and weight of the item, peak periods, and external circumstances such as adverse weather conditions and accessibility issues. As a result, not all shipping speeds or options are available at all times, and not every item or address may be eligible for all shipping types.


During public holidays, shipping times may be longer as manufacturers and couriers reduce operations. These delays are beyond our control, but normal service resumes immediately after each holiday.


Please be aware that incorrect address details, customs clearance delays and other unforeseen issues can also lead to delivery delays. Additionally, ordering a very big quantity of a certain item may affect its eligibility for immediate shipping, or alter the available delivery options and speeds, as multiple units may not be readily available locally or at the desired location.


If you experience a delay in receiving your order, or if you do not receive an item due to an error on our part, our liability is limited to refunding the amount you paid for the item (including applicable shipping fees) or replacing the item, subject to availability.

Tracking Your order

Once your order is completed, you will receive a confirmation email. lf you do not find this email in your inbox, please check your spam folder. Should you still not receive your order confirmation, contact us so we can provide you with your order number.
You will also receive an email notification when a shipping label is created.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please do so before it is dispatched (Normally in 24 hours). Contact us immediately after placing your order at info@afterschoolfun.com.au. For orders that have already been shipped, please check our Refund and Return Policy

Change Your Address

Once an order is placed, our warehouse staff aims to pack and ship your order within 24 hours, which makes it challenging to process address change requests. lf you notice an error, please email us as soon as possible with your name and order number so we can make the necessary corrections to your package before it departs. While we cannot guarantee changes, especially once the order has left our warehouse, we will do everything we can to accommodate your request.Once your order is in transit, we cannot change the delivery address. lf you need to modify the delivery location, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order at info@afterschoolfun.com.au or call +61451 646 593

Backorders

In the unlikely event that an item becomes unavailable after you haveplaced your order, we will notify you via email and phone.We typically maintain ample stock, and if an item is not immediately available, it is usually in-bound within 2-4 weeks. Should this situation arise, we will reach out to you by email and/or phone to inform you of the delay.You will have the option to either receive a refund or accept the addition await time.
if we do not receive a response from you, we will proceed to ship the item once it becomes available, typically 2-4 weeks later.


Parcel Damaged in Transit

If you receive a parcel that has been damaged in transit, please refuse the delivery from the courier and contact our customer service. lf the damaged parcel is delivered in your absence, please contact customer service for further instructions.
